A little more interesting than the last book; but not by much. The financial subject made the plot at least "not bad".

I love the "In Death" series but this one took up to page 200 to start really get interesting. Once it got going, it was hard to put down.

I love this book. Robb has a wonderful way of storytelling that is, in my opinion, extremely effective at conveying details as well as the humanity of the characters themselves. I cannot wait for the next installment of the In Death series.

Do not enjoy the futuristic writing style - find it detracts from the story.

Once again J.D. Robb strikes gold! I loved this book from start to finish. Eve and Roarke are great characters and I can't wait to see what she has in store for them next! I am addicted "In Death" ;)

While not the most mysterious of mysteries, it is an enjoyable tale. Fans of the series will appreciate the opportunity to catch up on the doings of Eve, Rourke, Peabody and all the rest. A welcome addition.

J.D. Robbs rarely disappoint. This is another great read and Dallas and Peabody shines! Awesome dialogue between Peabody and Dallas, great development for quite a few characters (e.g. Trueheart) .... love it!

The interplay between Dallas and Peabody is, as always, a treat to read. The plot was not as bizarre as some of the others (greed as a motive is sooo boring), and I did at times get confused as to which accountant was which; but…

A little too chatty for me this time around. Lots of deep intense conversations discussing the who, what, why, how of the case without very much actual action. Still a good read, but it seemed based more on intellect than footwork.

so excited to get hold of this book. J.D. Robb (Nora Roberts) has made this character so mesmerizing to the readers, that you cannot put the book.
