This book is very cute. My 5 year old LOVES it and requests I read it every night. I have renewed it twice from the library and just found out there is a 'colors vs shapes' book. At the end of this ' letters vs numbers' book it hints at the colors book and my son loves that part!!! Also I do the book in two different voices and he likes that or I will let him pretend to be the numbers or the letters and every time we read it we say "who are you going for this time?" And then I say "letters" or "numbers" and he always does the opposite. Just a fun book all around!!! cant wait to see if there is more after the colors one...... come on we want a sequel!!

An enjoyable book for all ages. The illustrations of the characters are charming, even amazing considering they created using computer software (Corel Painter) rather than traditional art techniques. There's nothing to advise caution either; the conflict between the number 1 and the letter A in the story is amiable and ends well.
